People Who Stayed Here Had This To Say:

Our room was a wide studio (2/4) with bathroom and mini kitchen. It was in the main house and decorated in an historic style very nice. My wife and I love the historic atmosphere of old buildings (Broome Park was built in XVII century) more than standard and modern hotels and enjoyed very much our stay there. The english gardens surrounding the main building were very pretty and there was a nice outdoor swimming pool (we couldn't use it in september because of the weather The main building had a pub to dinner an insipid food and also have a beautiful Eduardian style dinning room that we couldn't use because the friday (the only day it opened) we were in London. In front of the main building there was one putting green and there are also a Golf ride and Golf Club (I think you must have handicap certificate to play in)

Broome Park is close to the historic town of Canterbury (about 10 miles,10-15 min driving) and about 1 hour driving to London. Sorry, I have not any information about rail stations or timetables because I love driving (even driving a rented car by the left side of the road and astonishing when I take the window roller while trying change the speed). In any case I suppose Canterbury should have rail station and I think it should be 45 min long. You can get information on european railways at this site.

I think the closest town is Canterbury but also close are Dover and its White Cliffs and the "Hell Corner", Penshurt Place, Leed Castle ... There were also some pubs in the road from Broome Park to Canterbury (I remember the "Black Horse" on the left side of the road where I taste a delicious steak and kidney pie).
