If you have a special requirement for a banner, 468 x 60 pixels, or smaller, please email in your suggestion and make an offer on a price. We cannot pay-per-click as we don't monitor site traffic, so please think in terms of offering to pay up-front so much per month times by the number of months you want to put a banner or link on.
