Results picture: How much is your selling price below what you paid for it originally? About 25% of respondents who were trying sell were setting prices at 51-100% below their original asking price. 29% were asking between 31-50% less than their original asking price.

Results picture: Have You ever used an Agent to sell your timeshare
Two thirds of respondents who had not used an agent were either not selling or had been trying to sell for up to a year. But there is no direct indication that using an agent will speed up the sale of a timeshare. A fifth of all those who had used an agent at some time had been trying to sell their timeshare for three or more years. Two fifths who had used an agent had been trying to sell for between "just started" and up to 6 months.
